About Us

About Us

A First Taste of Argan

We are from the Souss region, where argan oil is more than just a product — it’s a heritage. From the beginning, our collective goal has always been clear: to enhance this local treasure, create jobs in our region, and share our traditional know-how beyond borders. It all started when we were supplying argan seeds (afyach) to cooperatives. But as the industry shifted toward mechanical production, our hand-sorted seeds no longer met industrial standards. Some batches were returned. That was when our team made a bold, collective decision: To invest in a sorting machine, while continuing to work hand in hand with the women of Aït Baha to preserve traditional hand-cracking — a cornerstone of our identity. This dual approach — combining technology and human craftsmanship — changed everything. Our carefully sorted kernels improved significantly in quality. This allowed us to begin collaborating with major Moroccan companies by providing ready-to-use, reliable, and traceable seeds.

Our Core Values

Sustainability

We protect nature and embrace a circular economy.

Community

Supporting local women and preserving traditions.

Quality

Crafting high-standard oils trusted worldwide.

From Local Roots to Global Vision

As demand continued to grow, we moved forward together.

At first, we outsourced oil production to trusted partners.

Then came a turning point: we received a large order for 3 tons of oil — and we took a major step:
Investing in our own production unit.

This allowed us to transform our operations by controlling the entire value chain — from seed sorting to the finished oil.

We then expanded our range with prickly pear seed oil, which has become increasingly popular in the market.
We also revisited a symbolic product of our culture: amlou, crafting it in an artisanal, high-quality version with crunchy almonds, while remaining faithful to its authentic roots.

Today, our project continues to grow and evolve.
We’ve opened an organic restaurant right next to the cooperative, where we serve tajines made with seasonal vegetables, fresh fruits, and dishes inspired by our local traditions.

A Welcoming Space with Culinary Heritage

This is a welcoming space where visitors — especially tourists — can experience our culinary heritage in a natural and healthy way.
The restaurant is also designed with an eco-conscious approach: using seasonal ingredients, limiting food waste, and promoting recycling.

In all our activities, we strive to minimize our environmental impact.
This means responsible use of natural resources, reducing waste, and, whenever possible, using clean energy.

We also repurpose the by-products from prickly pear processing by supplying them to a partner cooperative that transforms them into jams and prickly pear vinegar.

But we plan to develop this branch ourselves in the near future, as part of our commitment to a circular economy — where nothing is wasted and everything is transformed.

Today, we are a united team, rooted in our land and looking toward the future.
Every member contributes to bringing this project to life with passion.

Our shared ambition is to make the argan oil of our region shine on international markets, while staying true to our core values:

  • quality, transparency, local work, fairness, and environmental responsibility.

Because preserving our heritage also means protecting the environment that sustains us, we place sustainability at the heart of every decision we make.

And these are the same values we offer to our partners — to build lasting, ethical, and authentic collaborations together.
